Capsularis® microencapsulation technology
This microencapsulation technology uses plant-based fats with variable melting points to create a protective coating around active ingredients.
This microencapsulation technology makes it possible to incorporate a very wide range of active ingredients into different products using the sustained-release principle. The active substance, liquid or solid, is encapsulated with a protective layer of vegetable fat, whose melting point depends on the product’s manufacturing process.
The active ingredient is released either when the melting point is reached or through enzymatic action, enabling targeted and sustained delivery.
